The Ten of Diamonds is called The Most Blessed Card…but just how blessed is blessed and what exactly does that mean? What is it like to BE the most blessed?
I think about this card a lot because it was my mom’s birth card. I also know several other 10 of diamonds. When I look at their lives, I don’t really see a life that is super blessed. My mom’s wasn’t a pleasant journey, for sure. She died when she was 45 and the years leading up to her death were spent alone, in a chair, paralyzed and unable to talk.
So, let’s dig in and take a look at this card, shall we?
The reason it is called The Most Blessed card is because it sits in the very center of the Solar Spread at Jupiter and Jupiter. 
I call Jupiter Santa Claus because it is the benevolent, prosperous, happy, expansive and BIG planet. Jupiter teaches us that life is good, to have faith and is the lifter of spirits.
Ten cards are, at their core, all about success…and mean, “lots of…” Lots of love and creativity (hearts) lots of ideas and knowledge (clubs), lots of financial rewards (diamonds) and lots of work and wisdom (spades).
Tens also represent the Ace going from the self to the Divine. It’s a masculine energy.
Here is where being a 10 of diamonds can actually be a difficult path for some – the abundance of masculine energy.
The Life spread of the 10 of diamonds has:
Moon – 10♥
Mercury – 8♠
Venus – A♥
Mars – A♦
Jupiter – Q♦
Saturn – 5♥
Uranus – 3♣
Neptune – 3♠
Pluto – 9♥
There are two 10’s and two Aces in the Life Spread. Aces and Tens are masculine and this life path has a lot of masculine energy.
And how about Jupiter? A few facts: Not only is it the biggest planet, it reigns over four moons the size of Mercury way out there in it’s own domain, radiating a massive amount of energy. Jupiter isn’t a warring energy like Mars, it is radiating out in a big way, sending the energy of faith; faith that life is worth living and is good.
Let’s go back to Santa Claus and the metaphor of delivering gifts – leaving them in secret, to be discovered…and accepted. That’s Jupiter. Sending out gifts, leaving them on our doorstep – but, we have to open the door and receive them.
Masculine energy isn’t known for receiving- that is feminine.
Faith is also about receiving. The faith that Jupiter wants to give us isn’t the religious kind. It’s not about faith that God exists or living in blind faith the way most religions demand. It’s the natural faith in the existence of good, of happiness, of joy, of abundance. That as divine beings living a human experience, we, at our core, are meant to live with good, happiness, joy and abundance.
The diamonds suit doesn’t only represent money or finances, but the world (reality) we are building based on what we value. If we value loyalty, we build (create) a reality of loyalty.
The ten of diamonds is success at building lots of (what we value), but to do that, we have to believe in that success; to have faith that it is possible. We have to be open to receive the gifts, the good, the happiness, the joy and the abundance that the Universe wants to deliver to us.
So, it seems like a contradiction, right? To have a card that is so masculine need to be open to receiving (feminine).
That is the life path of the ten of diamonds person. To learn to be more open, to receiving, to seeing life as good and worthwhile. To use all that masculine energy to radiate out (like Jupiter) joy and expansiveness.
Is it that easy? NO.
Looking back at the cards in the spread of the ten of diamonds, we see a lot of uneven numbers, which indicates a not-so-easy life.
The only even numbered card is the 8 of spades. While that card is one of will-power and can indicate power in material accomplishment, the low-side is to be overly focused on material accomplishment and to use that power as abuse. Being in the Mercury position, it can indicate having a parent or childhood where someone was materialistic or made work the focus, or was abusive/controlling.
The eight is also a masculine energy and more akin to a warring energy.
A five as a Saturn card creates challenges because fives are an unstable, restless and sometimes chaotic energy.
They have two 3 cards – the cards of a lot of creative energy that can overwhelm and cause one to always seek variety or be stuck, unable to make a decision or stick to any one thing.
A 9 in pluto speaks to issues of loss and needing to transform with endings.
Sounds awful, right? How can a difficult spread be the path of the most blessed card?
It seems contradictory until we look at what the 10 of diamonds person came to do and BE (and teach all of us) about HOW we can achieve the blessings the Universe has for us.
If they are living the low side of their life spread, there are issues of power, restlessness, selfishness and issues with their love life.
I don’t know a lot about my mom, because she never shared her feelings. She was gregarious and everyone loved her (she was an Aquarius). She did have a lot of masculine energy, being into the outdoors, horses (she was a barrel racer) and breeding/raising/showing collies.
She wasn’t motherly, nurturing or a homemaker and wanted to be a veterinarian, but sadly was told as a woman she couldn’t do that.
As an Aquarius and with the 5 of hearts in Saturn, she needed personal freedom and that was taken away from her by my father.
The saving grace and ‘balancing’ energies for the 10 of diamonds is the three Queens in their life spread. They have the Queen of diamonds as their Jupiter card. This card shows where their blessings will come from. The Q of diamonds knows how to make money, but she uses it to be of service to her community. (Another feminine aspect)
The Karma Cards of the 10 of diamonds are Queens
The Karma cards of the 10 of diamonds are: First Karma card – Queen of Clubs. This card shows what they need to learn and achieve in this life, which is to trust and use their intuition. This means they have to be open to receiving those psychic messages.
Their second Karma card is the Queen of Spades. This is a gift from a past life and it indicated a life of self-mastery via inner wisdom and tapping into that feminine aspect.
This speaks to the 10 of diamonds person needing to balance all that masculine energy and being open to receive.
All of the life paths represented by each card have their low side, regardless of how easy or successful the life path is meant to be.
I know mine felt very unsuccessful until I learned to live the high (and beneficial ) aspects of being a 6♣.
What I love about Cardology is what it teaches us about life as divine beings living a human life.
While masculine energy is important and necessary to keep us moving forward and expanding (Jupiter wants us to reach out, seek and expand!) we can’t ignore the importance of the feminine – to being open to receiving, to going inward to master our reality, not in selfishness, but to tap into our heart/divine wisdom to create the successful life we desire.
The 10 of Diamonds life path beautifully represents how we need to balance the masculine and feminine. We need to assert and reach out, to expand and BE all we want to be. We also need to be open to receiving the bounty the Universe CAN and WANTS to supply us.
The 10 cards reflect the Universe ( each card does) and they reveal that the Universe is “Lots of…”, and chooses success. The 10 of diamonds represents the lots of joy and goodness that life really is comprised of, but when we act in a selfish, overly-independent, prideful, controlling way, forego our creativity and only focus on material gains and not our inner self-mastery, life can feel joyless, difficult and lonely.
I can’t speak to why my mom and my father chose to be together in this life. He was her Uranus and Neptune card and was a big part in her experiencing abuse, control/power issues and he stood in the way of others caring for/giving to her. I wish I could peek behind the curtain and understand why she lived such a short life that was unhappy, but knowing more about the 10 of diamonds life path helps me see that she was here to learn to receive, to experience how to balance the masculine and feminine, to nurture and be nurtured.
The Ten of Diamonds is most blessed because it represents all the potential, prosperity, and success that we as humans can achieve – but we have to understand that it isn’t gained by closing ourselves off or aggressively forcing it. A balance of masculine & feminine is needed as well as the faith that it is all possible!

Looking at your family cards, you all have a lot of Venus connections! It is interesting to me that a lot of celebrities are 10 of diamonds…using the two 3 cards (creativity) and needing to/willing to reach out and radiate!
I’m a Pisces sun (13/3) myself as a 10 of diamonds. Things haven’t been easy for me thus far, and I relate much with what you post. You’re article couldn’t have come in a better time in my life, granted there’s been a number of interesting coincidences weeks prior. I have this idea in my head for the life I want for myself years down the line, achieving so is surely challenging but certainly worthwhile. I have this life goal of wanting to appreciate things by the moment, living within fully and almost ambitiously. The aspects you tied to both the masculine and feminine covers much of this intrinsic and externally materialistic desire. To be so full of myself being that aware and in participation of – that I do not have to be restrained by them. I consider myself a hard worker, though I am hard pressed by my environment and experiences to take it normatively. Overall I believe this circumstance as all is something I can overcome. When you see many perspectives, experience and learn more and more things, you are keen to see things as either meaningful or meaningless. Ultimately we cannot deny what has been revealed, what we can do is as you say transform them, or repurpose them. A quote I quite like goes like this “The world is not beautiful, therefore it is”.

My new boo is a 10 of diamonds. I’m a 9 of hearts. My birth card is his Pluto, and my Venus card is his Cosmic Lesson card. We’re really new in our relationship (going on 4months) but he has been so sweet. He lived a fast life when he was younger. Made lots of money, illegally, and paid for it. His love life over the years has been lots of long time relationships, but none of them working out. He is mercury to me, and we communicate really well. And contrary to what I assumed about him, (he’s a Virgo) he’s been very expressive with his feelings. I think now that he’s getting older he may be getting better at receiving and not being selfish. I’m excited to see how our soul connections pan out and see how we transform each other. His transformation card is my Jupiter card too 🙂

My mom was a 10 of diamonds. She passed away. Her life was, for lack of a better word, an extreme one. Unpredictable. She had a lot of pain but on the outward, she is the most JOYFUL person you could have witnessed yourself. She is full of life.

Hi Darren! Yes, your LR card for your 57th year will be the 10♦! You might find situations of large sums coming to you – then going back out again. It will be a year of experiencng situations of needing large sums,having large sums or paying large sums. The key is to indeed be OPEN to receiving and allowing things to come to you. Sometimes we have opportunties of help and we refuse it out of pride or fear of ‘strings attached’. Check in if you encounter that and make sure you aren’t “looking a gift house in the mouth” as my mom would say! I’m single after having a beautiful girl 5♧ with a A◇ , years latter I have a relation with a 8♧ which drive me crazy he lie and betray my heart, he wants to control my life in all ways. Hi, I’m Shana a King♣️ (5/19) a beautiful new addition has entered my life, my boyfriend’s 9 yo daughter who is a 10♦️(7/5). It’s extremely ironic because when I was her age I was introduced to my dad’s second wife who played a big role in my development. As I am to my stepdaughter, she also turned out to be my karma card as a 2♠️(3/8). My bf’s daughter and I have a great relationship. I understand that I’m a karma placement for embodying many Q♣️ qualities. It’s interesting, my little sister is a K♣ and our mom was a 10♦ – VERY complicated family dynamics, but I never understood the relationship they had (which seemed so easy) until I learned Cardology and realized they had a mutual Venus connection on top of the Q♣ dynamic, etc. It helped me so much! For female 10♦, their biggerst battle can be in using all their masculine energy – they need to not suppress it and be able to be involved in sports or the outdoors and not be put in the box of ‘feminine roles.’ She is blessed to have you in her life! 🙂

This was an extremely interesting read . I have a 10 diamond son born on 7/5/2012 and a brother that was born on 7/5/1985. ( I felt honored that my son was born the same day as my brother) I am a 5 of clubs . My son has been a gift since birth ( like REALLY) he was swinging bats and hitting balls at the age of one! He is extremely lovable and captivating and EVERYONE is naturally drawn to him. He like culinary arts. He’s been chosen for billboards and ALWAYS seeks new ventures at only 7. It appears he is currently activating his high sides of his card. Considering the fact that I am considered ( unstable) how can I help him to continue on his greatest path. Hi Kenzi! How awesome that you had your son on your brothers bday! I can reveal a couple of conenctions you two have (I’d need to know your astrologiucal sign to see all of them). In the Spiritual spread, the 5♣ and 10♦ have a mutual Mars connection, so in other lives, you two both experienced and felt that Mars energy and it is there still between you in some way. It creates motivating energy, can be anger, but only when one is not facing the true reason for their anger. But, it can be a great connection to motivate one another and be the catalyst for DOING and achieving your goals.
Your first karma card (the 5♥) is his Saturn card, so that which you are developing is also what is aiding him in being responsible, disciplined and can even speak to a career path or work he chooses. The 5♥ (in a small nutshell) is a disciplined approach to all relationships. It is love plus duty. Relationships have to grow – people change making relationships change and we have to adapt to evolving relationships. This doesn’t mean there has to be a breakup (though that might be the healthiest choice in some situations).
This change in how we feel goes for anything that matters to our heart. We might “love” our job, but it is time to move on to something else, or we might love our home, but it is time for a different one or to move to a different location.
We make a responsible, carefully considered choice – a choice that comes from our heart and allows us to enjoy and love our life, not feel trapped, controlled or stuck in a rut. Wow, this type of card connection is one from past lives and being together again with that same connection playing out in this life.
In the Spiritual spread, your Mom’s 8♦ has as it’s Mercury card the 9♦ and as it’s Venus card, the 10♦.
When I say past lives, that isn’t necessarily the last life you were in – at least to me, our Spiritual spread cards reveals influences (and people) that are here again in our current life to continue something. You and your sister represent the energy of an influence from a past life for her, playing out in her current life. There aren’t many connections for you all in the Earth spread, so I’d say you all came together to finish or continue some soul contract!

I’m the queen of clubs and I recently started hanging around a guy who’s a ace of clubs! (He actually showed me the cards). I found out my parents are both 10 of clubs. My oldest brother is a 7 of clubs. My best friend is a queen of clubs, her daughter is a 7 of clubs, and my first niece is a 6 of clubs. Recently a guy hurt me and he is the jack of clubs. Last year, someone hurt me as well and they were also the jack of clubs but a different month than the recipient mentioned one. I’m surrounded by clubs. Hi Miranda! First of all, I want to say to you – YAY, you are watching and listening! For a lot of people these seemingly ‘coincidences’ are how their Higher Self gets their attention! When, like you, you ask, what does it all mean? THEN, the bigger messages and your ability to tap into higher realms opens up even more for you! As a Q♣, you naturally are led by your intuition (she is the Mother of Intuition!) and so now, as you open more to seeing the signs, you’ll remove any blocks from that being your default way of operating. All of the various clubs people you mentioned have a strong ‘connection’ to you. The cards have certain types of energetic connections with one another. I talk a bit about this in my blog post here. I’m the Queen of Hearts….my husband is the 10 of diamonds. I don’t know if that’s good or bad since I’m just learning about this topic. (more of a tarot reader) We’ve been married for 29 years and have five children. Three of my kids are the 3 of diamonds…is that odd??
Hi Jill! Thank you for commenting! Wow! I have seen the same card be prominent in families, but to have 3 kids with the same card is pretty interesting! I’m curious to know what the other two kids are? Your Q♥ and his 10♦ have what is called a Mutual Mars connection. You both feel chemistry, passion (sometimes you make each other very angry!) energy between one another, and are great motivators or one another. Also, as a 10♦, he needs the feminine energy of a Queen and you are learning to develop the 10 energy (the 10♠ is your first karma card). Depending on your Ruling cards, there are probably other conenctions as well. In the Spiritual spread, you two have a mutual Jupiter connection, so in some past lives, you two had a very beneficial connection and have brought that same influence into this life. Just came into Cardology almost 2 months ago and have been digging to make sense of things lately. A google search of my birth card brought me here.
I’m an Aries sun and 10 of Diamonds and I was a tomboy as a kid. I now love beautifying myself and things around me but I am still forward, blunt, ready for a fight, and an overall fairly confident and take charge person. Personal development is my jam! I found myself doing all I could to build and develop on my femininity about 5 years ago as I realized makeup wasn’t all there was. Oh and I’ve had to reign in my drinking habits and build better money everything.
My current relationship is with a very sweet Sagittarius 4 of Diamonds and one in which I’ve had to learn to sit back, listen, and let him lead (sometimes). I’ve shown him how I receive love and do my best to let him know how much I appreciate him. I realized early on in our relationship that I was mean and that stemmed from a previous relationship where I received a lot of abuse from a Virgo 8 of clubs, so I would bark and bite at anything triggering.

Use your Q♣ 1st karma card to help you decide – tapping into your intuition is what will assist you on finding the exact things you should focus on. Hi Brandon! Since you know she is your karma card (the 1st karma card, so she represents what you are working to achieve), the thing to do if you continue to get to know her/be around her is to see if she triggers anything for you! She might be in your life to show you that you are opening to the feminine/intutive part of you, or she is to help you do so. Being aware of it can help you to consciously decide to notice how you feel or what you experience with her. Granted, much depends on how much time you spend wiht her or if it’s a passing/temporary thing. 🙂
First, I must thank you for explaining in depth what the heck 10 ♦️means. I’m a newbie and only found short explanations. Everything you said and what most have commented describes what life has been and currently going for me. My mom is J♠️, father 7❤, 4♦️middle brother/recently cut ties with him, and 5♦️youngest brother/also one of my best friends.
My childhood was very traumatic. I witnessed my father abusing my mother at a very young age frequently. I also experienced her being abused in two other marriages. I was a tomboy growing up with alot of anger and sadness builded up. However, no one ever knew the things I carried because I seemed so happy but very quiet. The only thing girly about me was not wanting to get dirty. My mother and grandma would try their hardest to get me to do girly things. As I got older I would compromise but truly didn’t want to. Seeing how it made my mother happy, I found myself in a cycle of compromising. Which makes sense as to why in adulthood I tend to compromise…..with alot.
Currently, I’m at a crossroads of what should I do with my life? I’ve served in the military for several years as a medic. I worked worked as an electro-mechanical tech for over 5+ years. I’ve been taking software development classes but feeling this tug towards entrepreneurship….I literally feel like my mind is all over the place!
I do remember what you mentioned about following our intuition. I also have had repeated messages from my ancestors/guides that I need to meditate. So, what I talked about in the blog post was the whole of the 10♦ person. For you, as a K♥, that 10♦ energy is, as you said, your Cosmic Lesson card. It is what you represent as part of the Divine (or can be felt as this work you have to do). You asked, greatness in the eyes of whom? I wish everyone would ask this of their lives – greatness in what YOU see as greatness. I am going to be doing a blog post on women who are King cards as I have encountered so many this year and feel it is important for women to see more than just the ‘masculine’ energy they have as Kings. The K♥ is here to learn to understand (and master) their emotions – to see how what they believe in and how they think is tied to their feelings and hence what is created in their lives. Part of their journey is about money and financial success – and to ask, what is that really? Is it in the traditional ‘masculine’ way? The K♥ is a passionate, fierce energy, especially in how they think. They are learning to use that fierce mental energy to master their emotions. For you as a K♥, that 10♦ comes into play in a different way.
The love of my life is a K♥️ 4♣️ and right after the death of his father he is struggling as to whether to keep his “inheritance” or not (he is in Europe, so in his country, he can keep it, but he has to pay his fathers debts— which is a lot. Or he can claim his inheritance, although he fears it will cause issues with his father’s family as he is not truly his father’s biological son and he feels they don’t truly like him. He can also sell the property that is a part of the inheritance, but that will cause lots of drama for this family that won’t be very happy with that. Yes, sounds like a soap opera). He suffers from health issues so he has not been able to work for a while now. We are also in a long distance relationship, and he was hoping to obtain this money to bring me to his country. Right now he is also struggling with his belief in God, and is starting to doubt if he can trust god for a good future. Sometimes he doesn’t believe in a god at all. He sometimes thinks he’s cursed. Phew. Any advice? My heart breaks for him during this time. He’s falling into a depression lately and I fear the worst.

Hi Liz! There are several things that might be playing out in this situation. First, in the Spiritual spread, the 10♦ is your Cosmic Reward card.
The cards in our Spiritual spread are energies/influences still with us in this life (that we lived in some other timeline/past life) and in many cases, we either are still living via that energy (we are very drawn to our Cosmic Reward card), or we still need to resolve something regarding that card. You might keep attracting them because they represent something (of that card) you are needing to either let go of, or resolve. The 10♦ person is representing a part of your soul’s development, however, you might feel challenged by them. They are helping mirror (the energy of the 10♦) to you. When you realize what they are assiting you with, if you were feeling challenged by them, it can help shift any negative feelings because you recognize what they are helping you with. At that point, it can be a positive, strong connection – or you no longer are attracting 10♦!
The other possibility is that YOU are their Mars card, so they have an attraction to you. A Mars attraction can be highly sexual, or intense or motivating. The third thing is harder to explain in a blog comment – there is this interesting dynamic between the 10♦ and the A♦. Here’s why: The Venus card of the 10♦ is the A♥. Our Venus card is what we are magnetized to, what makes us happy, gives us pleasure. 10♦ ppl love making new relationships and they ‘desire’ love. The A♥ is the Moon & second karma card of the A♦. The A♦ person is also drawn to (it comforts and makes them feel better and they are good at) starting new relationships. Finding that someone new is exciting. However, both cards (A♦ & 10♦) will pull back after the excitment wears off. But both cards seek that intital, exciting ‘new crush/love’ feeling.

I am a 10 of diamonds… I am having some relationships issues with someone I love very much… He is a King of clubs which would be my Uranus I believe? Not entirely sure honestly… But I noticed what you wrote about your parents… I was hoping you could tell a little bit more about their relationship? Do you believe it wouldn’t have been a good relationship for her no matter what? Or do you think if they were both in a better place spiritually, mentally, and emotionally, it would have been better for her?
Hi Nicole! The 10♦ & K♣ have a mutual Venus connection – but the K♣ isn’t in the life path spread of the 10♦ (however in the Spiritual spread, the 10♦ is the Cosmic Lesson for the K♣). To answer your question about my parents – my dad is a 3♣. So, in expanding upon their relationship, for a lot of 3♣ people, relationships are their bane in life. They have the 9♥ as their Venus card and they can have a lot of fear around losing who they love (and they do lose a lot of those they love). They will also try to control those they love. The other aspect of their relationship is that the energy a 10♦ creates with a 3♣ is the K♠. This can create a power couple who can be amazing leaders or truly master whatever they are focused on. But, the low side of that card is abuse/control/power. I feel that was a lot of their issues. If you look at what energy is created between the 10♦ and the K♣, it is the 10♥ (which is your Moon card!) But what does the K♣ feel with a 10♦? The 10♦. It’s a very interesting dynamic! (My sister is a K♣ btw). It would take more than a blog comment to really cover this, but your main question about my parents is that in my opinion, if my dad lived his Venus card in it’s high form (the 9♥ creates no attachments and has a ‘universal’ love energy), and they had been in a better place emotionally/spiritually, (and she was given the freedom to express herself) yes, they could’ve been a powerhouse couple creating the life they truly desired.
My mother is the 10 of diamonds. She grew up extremely wealthy, but went through an awful divorce from my father later in life. She’s never had to want for anything financial. Came from $ and married into it. She’s extremely selfish. She abandoned me when I was small & chose to keep me a secret her whole life Out of fear of losing her place in society because she had me at 17. I’m a 5 of diamonds / J diamonds planetary ruling card. My sister is a Queen of diamonds & neither my mom or my sister acknowledges my existence.

I wonder if there are things related to money that she came to experienced (at a soul level) and you are a big part of her growth. Though, we have free will, so some choose not to grow! I love the word of your email – so fits a Piscean 5♦! I hope you have come to that place of understanding that her lack of awareness does not reflect your value. You can be the compassionate sensitive you are because you have lived such intense pain. Most 5♦ come to experience deep loss and betrayal because it allows them to have the empathy to know how to love others in a deeper way. Hi Emma! Thank you for your email as well! 🙂 Because you are IN his Life Path spread, you have shared connections. And because he is part of the Mystical Family of Seven, he doesn’t have any karma cards, but his 10♦ Ruling card does, so you also share that!
You both have very powerful cards! With you both sharing cards, but in different planetary postions, the thing to be aware of (and I teach a whole course on this, so too much to explain in a blog comment) is that you while you have the same cards, you will feel and experience them differently. You two will understand each other easily, but as an example, your Jupiter card – which is where you feel ease, expansion and growth in your life (the Q♦) is his Pluto card, so it is the area of his life where deep transfomation will be and what it will be about. We all tend to struggle with our Pluto card in our life. So, that Q♦ is easy for you and might be his challenge. When you are aware of how you will experience the cards in a different way and what those differences will be, it can really help the relationship because you will understand what is going on at a deeper level. And with the 10♥ in Mars for his and it being your Moon – he’ll be motivated to act on that energy – and for you, it is what supports and nurtures you. I’m a Gemini 10♦️ I haven’t had a easy life but I have enjoyed every minute of it and continue to appreciate the lessons learned. Throughout life it is every experience that makes it worth living without the pain I would never truly appreciate all the little things like a rainbow, a sunset, when you look out of a two story window, to feel the cold winter air press up against your warm cheeks all the little beautiful things make it all worth it. My father was a Taurus A♦️ He’s a big part in my life, my first and only boyfriend of 6 years is a pisces Q♣️ We had rocky journey It took me a lot to finally find my path and the beauty of excepting others love and knowing that material things aren’t what matter it’s the experiences that make it all worth it. I enjoyed reading this it was very accurate on my experiences but I think to me it’s the most blessed card cause I’ve gotten to find how beautiful the world can be and how blessed I am to get to be here everyday with the people I’m around and to experience this beautiful world, It doesn’t revolve around me I get to revolve around it.

Hi! I just ran across your post, and find it extremely interesting. Thank you for your thorough post. I resonate with it so much! I feel like I’ve had to reset my expectations and reality of what makes me happy many times in my life. I am a cancer 10♦️ And my husband is a sag 10♥️ My daughter is a gemini J ♣️. My parents (mom A♦️ And dad 2♦️) were extremely overbearing and controlling when I was a child. It was rough meeting their expectations. They are wealthy but I don’t necessarily benefit much from it. They’ve always believed in instilling financial independence, which I’m grateful for. Now that I am older (turning 37), things are better since I’m doing relatively well for myself but it’s been a long journey and I can’t help but feel resentment towards them as I felt like I was never good enough, and had low self confidence. My husband and I have been together for over 14 years but it hasn’t been a easy one. We love each other dearly but find ourselves so different from each other. I would say I’ve been lucky in my career and have moved up quickly and make decent money. My husband hasn’t though, which makes us less well-off. I love my daughter dearly (she’s 3) and I wonder how her relationships will be with me and her father.
Hi Ali! Thank you for sharing all of that! It’s always so fascinating to me when I see the card connections people have with their parents and in your case, with your spouse! Your Mars card (A♦) is your father’s card, so, through him, you’ve had the opportunity to feel into that energy as ‘what motivates you and moves you through life’…and you can determine what about it was the low side and how to live the high side of it. You said you and your hubby are very different (even though you are both 10’s) – that can show up with you (10♦) having the 4♠ as your second karma card (what is easy/natural for you), which is about stable, consistent work and keeping at it until you get where you want to be, whereas, the 10♥’s second karma card is the 5♠ – a totally different energy and one that isn’t about stability, but about lifestyle changes, going in different directions and using changes to get to their goals.
You have a mutual Venus with your J♣ daughter, so the relationship will probably be easy and very loving. The 10♦ and J♣ has many interesting connections (too many to get into here) and that mutual Venus connection is also between you two in the Spiritual spread, so you’ve had that easy, loving connection in other lives together. hi. ive just discovered that on the spiritual tree Im queen of clubs and on the life tree im 10 of diamonds. I think I am the very definition of contradiction!! my life is miserable, but on a spiritual side I know my heart is in the right place. my mind isnt. yet i go after my heart like … the life that surrounds me i dont care about, it feels like a simulation, like a bad joke, i literally have the feeling that someone has a laugh. yet in my heart is the innerknowing that im alright. i cannot go wrong if i listen to my heart. even if the heart gets broken. which it was. yet still shines like a bright star, in the middle of the rubble that i physically am. which drove me to the conclusion that this life aint real. its a script, a bad script i might add of some malevolent entity. with this knowledge i tend to laugh back at it. and interesting discussions appear….yet my heart still shines … like polaris…always on the same spot in the middle of everything, and intensity, no matter what. on a scale of 1 to ten….how crazy am i?
I think what you said sounds more sane than what most think it is! You are so on target! Keep listening to your heart! That Q♣ is your first karma card – that which you are developing towards and it seems to me , you are doing a great job because the Q♣ is highly intutive and doesn’t need to operate through all the should and should nots of this mundane life, but through her intuiton! 🙂
