Day 1 Challenge
Take 7 minutes to “warm up” with something creative. Journal, draw, mind map, walk, move, etc. and let that time be an unfolding of your motivation for doing this work. Then, answer this question and share in the Facebook group:
What are my true motivations to desiring a sustainable body?
Feel free to expound on the 7-minute process and what you learned with this. Feel free to also present your motivations in a creative way. Remember, you are more than just your head, you are your emotions, your heart, and your spirituality as well as your body!
